Kurdish kilim rugs are made by the Kurdish people living in eastern Turkey. One of the characteristics of kilim rugs that makes them significantly different from Persian carpets and gabbehs is that they are flat woven, so they have no pile and are thin.
It is slightly thick and fluffy and can also be used as a rug to place on a wooden floor.
