Tokyo Aparment Store offers a purchasing service for your current and vintage furniture.
Redecorating your room, moving, etc.
"I want to buy furniture from Tokyo Apartment Store, but what should I do with the furniture I already have?"
If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.
We will also purchase items that we do not carry in our store.
We will arrange for the furniture you wish to purchase from us to be shipped according to your desired replacement time.
We may not be able to purchase some items, but if you are interested, please feel free to contact us.
Service Flow
1. Contact Us
Please contact us by phone, email, LINE, or Instagram DM with details of the items you would like to sell, along with the products you would like to purchase at our store.
2. Provisional appraisal
We will provide a provisional valuation based on the information you provide. If you are satisfied with the provisional valuation amount when you contact us, please let us know the amount you would like to receive.
3. This appraisal
We will inspect the item and then carry out the actual appraisal.
At the same time, we will accept payment for the furniture you purchase from our store and discuss the desired delivery date.
4. Payment
Once the deal is concluded, payment will be made in cash or by bank transfer.
Please rest assured that there will be no cancellation fees even if you are not satisfied.
Notes
・The purchase and replacement service is available to customers who purchase furniture from our store.
・When requesting a provisional appraisal, you will need to provide your identification (driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc.).
・Please note that purchases by persons under the age of 18 can only be made when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
