A leading Danish furniture designer and craftsman, known for his designs that beautifully harmonize traditional craftsmanship and rational forms, mainly using wood. Founded by J.L. Møller. Born in Denmark in 1920. In 1944, he opened his own production factory and released his own works as a designer and producer. In 1974 and 1981, he received the Danish Furniture Manufacturers Association Award. Although his products are produced using machines and under thorough rationalization, the details are carefully finished by craftsmen, and he has continued to produce high-quality furniture that beautifully harmonizes both machines and craftsmen. His method of maintaining traditional craftsmanship while thoroughly pursuing rationalization is highly regarded for its quality in every detail and timeless elegance.
