These are works from SAXBO, a studio founded in 1930 by female ceramicists Nathalie Krebs and Gunnar Nylund. SAXBO quickly established itself as a renowned Danish pottery. Its pieces were collected by major art museums in New York and Stockholm, and its technique, known as the "Saxbo Style," soon became known around the world for its quality.
